Dahlia Masterclass 7th October 2026 with Arthur Parkinson

Dahlia Masterclass with Arthur Parkinson

7th October 2026

£125 per person including refreshments and lunch

9.30 pm – 2 pm

I am thrilled, delighted and over the moon that Arthur Parkinson will be coming to Yorkshire to share his magic and love of flowers, gardening, growing and of course, Dahlias. This is such a treat!

Join writer, illustrator and florist Arthur Parkinson for a celebration of the dahlias at their peak and bravado of late summer splendour. Arthur will be bringing some varieties from his own cutting patch and combine them with those grown here to create a beautiful tablescape of single stems and then create a large vase of wonderous Venetian tones all while telling us of his knowledge of how to get the best from these cut and come again stalwarts including his favourite varieties, how best to grow them in pots and how to look after their tubers for the coming winter to ensure they survive to sprout next spring.

Delicious seasonal refreshments and lunch by Sash from the Walled Garden and her own garden.
